Melissa Malley, RYT 200

As a lifelong fitness enthusiast, Melissa was initially drawn to Yoga for the physical benefits, however, she stayed for the transformative power uncovered in the process. 

Her classes combine elements of vinyasa, strength, and pranayama for a practice that energizes the body and calms the mind. 

She hopes to encourage students to tune in to their awareness, strength, and innate trust in their bodies, so they can feel more confident and connected both on and off the mat.
