Farm Yoga at Sunny Hill Farm
Join us at Sunny Hill Farm for a 60-minute all-levels, yoga class surrounded by serene farmland with horses grazing nearby led by yoga instructor, Melissa Malley. Melissa will provide participants with yoga instruction incorporating guided meditation and breath work. All ages and abilities welcome. This class will take place outdoors. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and hand towels, as well as a water bottle and sunscreen. Extra mats will be available to borrow as well.
All proceeds from the class will go toward women in addiction recovery in their healing journey. All money raised will be donated to the building of a new sober house for women in Springfield, MA.
