My work integrates movement, breath, and awareness to support a more steady and connected experience in both body and mind. Drawing from yoga and a background in mental health, I offer practices that emphasize strength, regulation, and long-term sustainability rather than intensity or performance.
Whether through individual sessions or group offerings, the focus is on building a foundation that feels supportive and adaptable—something you can return to consistently. The goal is not to change who you are, but to develop a more grounded and responsive relationship with yourself.
